The function of the Brake  asm
1.Parking braking:Lock the rear wheels after parking and shutting down the vehicle to prevent rolling.

2.Vehicle fixing:Stabilize the vehicle position when parking on slopes or uneven roads and improve parking safety.

3.Auxiliary braking:Provide emergency deceleration and parking assistance if the service brake fails.

The working principle of the Brake  asm

1.It delivers pressurized engine oil to the inside of the generator vacuum pump through the engine oil passage.

2.After the oil enters the pump cavity, it forms an oil film between the rotor, vanes and pump wall.

3.The circulating oil realizes lubrication of moving parts, sealing of gaps and heat dissipation.

4.The oil flows back to the oil pan after completing lubrication and cooling, ensuring continuous normal operation of the vacuum pump.

Structure of the Alternator.
Alternators are usually made up of components such as stators, rotors, covers and bearings. The stator consists of a stator core, a wire bale winding, a base, and other structural parts that hold these parts in place. The rotor consists of rotor core (or pole, magnetic choke) windings, guard rings, center rings, slip rings, fans and shafts. The stator and rotor of the generator are assembled by bearings and end covers, so that the rotor can rotate in the stator and do the movement of cutting magnetic field lines, thereby generating an induced potential, which is led out by the terminals and connected to the loop, and a current is generated.
